How to start a return
- Email our support team (see our Contact page) with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24–48 hours with simple return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be in original, resellable condition with all accessories.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost — just send a photo with your request.
