FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it actually work?

FootEase™ uses EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) to create a gentle, massage-like sensation that helps tired foot and lower-leg muscles relax. Most people feel a pleasant, soothing sensation during their very first session. It's designed for comfort and relaxation — results and sensations vary from person to person.

Is it safe to use?

Yes, when used as directed. FootEase™ uses low-frequency stimulation with adjustable intensity, so you stay in full control. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have a medical condition affecting your feet or legs without first consulting your doctor.

Will it help with neuropathy or circulation?

FootEase™ is a wellness and relaxation device, not a medical treatment, and we can't make medical claims. Many customers use it to relax tired feet and support a feeling of better circulation through gentle muscle activation. If you have a diagnosed condition such as neuropathy, please talk to your doctor about whether an EMS device is appropriate for you.

How long until I notice a difference?

You'll feel the massage sensation immediately. For ongoing comfort, we recommend a 10–15 minute session, 3–4 times per week. Consistency matters more than intensity.

How do I use it?

Place the mat on the floor, rest both feet on the pads, power on, and adjust the intensity to a level that feels comfortable. Press “M” to switch modes. That's it.

How is it powered?

It's USB-rechargeable — no batteries needed. A single charge lasts for multiple sessions.

What about shipping and returns?

We ship in 3–7 business days and back every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
